Hayley McAllister is the founder of Groundset HR. Before she built implementations, she worked inside HR departments as a HR Manager, and Business Partner. She knows what a system needs to do to really set a team up for success, not just what the vendor says it should do.
She has built implementations from scratch, migrated legacy systems mid-flight, and project-managed the kind of complex multi-platform builds that enterprise businesses treat as 12-month programs.
